Texas Education Code Chapter 39 requires each school district's Board of Trustees to publish an annual report that includes the Texas Academic Performance Report (TAPR), campus performance objectives, a report of violent or criminal incidents, and information received under Texas Education Code §51.403(e) from the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.
In accordance with the law, the Board of Trustees of the Red Oak Independent School District shall hold a hearing for public discussion of this report on February 23, 2026, as a part of the regularly scheduled meeting of the Board.
The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. in the ROISD ESC Board Room, located at 109 W. Red Oak Rd., in Red Oak, Texas.
